4 Ways To Wear Disco Pants

Recently I have had an obsession with disco pants! I love them and I seem to want them in every colour! They are really in fashion at the moment! When I got my first pair I raided my wardrobe to find loads of possibilities as they go with anything! So here are four suggestions for how to wear a pair of black disco pants!

1                                                                               2

Both of these outfits are very casual and can be dressed up with a pair of heels and the right accessories or dresses down with a beanie or trainers! This is what I love about Disco Pants they are so versatile!
For outfit 1 Disco Pants - Topshop, Top - Miss Selfridge and Shirt - Topshop. This outfit is really good for casual and smart-casual and would look really good with some green velvet slipper shoes!
Outfit 2 - Disco Pants - Topshop, Top - Frankie Says Relax form Amazon, Denim Jacket - Topshop, shoes - Nike Blazers

3                                                                       4

These two outfits are smarter than the other two but the top has only changed and I have kept the same the disco pants! Do you see what I mean the look can be transformed by the simple change of top!
Outfit 3 - Peplum top - Topshop, Disco Pants Topshop
Outfit 4 - Top - Topshop, Disco Pats - topshop

By looking at where everything is from, I think I have an unhealthy addiction to Topshop!

Hollywood Costume

A few weeks ago I attended the Hollywood Costume exhibition at the V&A with my mum and it was one of the best things that I have ever seen that it made me want to look into costume design! The V&A is one of my favourite museums and they have AMAZING exhibitions on and I would deffinatly reccommend going! Sadly the exhibition is now closed and I was very lucky to catch it as I went on the last day and it was absolutly packed! So for all you who missed it or want to relive some of the cotumes here are some of my favourites!

Audrey Hepburn's LBD by Givenchy from Breakfast at Tiffany's was deffinatly the highlight for me as Audrey Hepburn is such a big inspiration to me and Breakfast at Tiffany's is one of my favourite films!

Marilyn Monroe's dress designed by costume designerWilliam Travilla for the 1955 film The Seven Year Itch. This was deffiatly a highlight and was amazing seeing the actual dress!

Beyonce Knowles dress from Dream Girls!

Kate Winslet and Leonardo Di Caprio's costumes from Titanic

Johnny Depp's costume in Pirates of the Carribbean as Captain Jack Sparrow (who is indoubtably my favourite pirate!!)

Judy Garland as Dorothy. This was also an amazing cotume to see as The Wizard of Oz was one of my favourite films when I was little although I was absolutly terrofied of the witch!

Sister Jane Jumper

It seems like so long since I have blogged and I have missed it and all my lovley readers so much, I have just been unbelievably busy I can't remember what sitting down for 10 minutes feels like! So what have I been up to since my last post..? Well I have had many exams and controlled assessments, had an amazing Christmas and New Year, celebrated my 16th birthday, done too many online orders from Topshop, been to Prague before Christmas, bought an insanly cool Christmas jumper and been to London so many times that I can't even count! Anyway so in one of my many online orders I bought this jumper from Topshop by Sister Jane and I haven't been able to stop wearing it! I love it and I hope you do too!

Jumper - Sister Jane - Topshop
Jeans - Topshop

What I love most about this jumper is that its so versatile and can be worn with anything, to go out in or in the day! This jumper would look really good with some denim shorts and some trainers for day and then for night it would look really good with either black jeans or leggigns with heals or some black dolly shoes!
