The stress that this piece caused me was unreal. It was my final piece for my GCSE art course, so the pressure was on. The inspiration obviously came from the RAF and planes. My main artists that I used were Roy Lichtenstein, Alison Willoughby and Mary Katrantzou. The exam was 10 hours which was so draining but quite relaxing at the same time because I knew what I was doing and I really enjoyed doing it. The exam was split over 2 days, with 5 hours on each day. On the first I made and decorated the skirt and on the second I created the top. The motto on the back of the top is Latin for 'through struggle to the stars' and is the RAF motto. Hope you had an amazing weekend! More soon.
